Looking for the right place to stay and want help quickly narrowing down your best options? I will send you three curated hotel recommendations based on your taste, preferences, and budget.

Price: $100 for three hotels with room options based on your budget​​

First Class

Leave the details to me. This comprehensive planning service includes:

  • Recommendations for accommodations and booking support

  • Transportation arrangements, including private transfers, car rentals, trains, ferries, and more

  • Guided tours and activity recommendations

  • Restaurant recommendations and reservation support

  • Travel requirement guidance and full trip details before departure

  • A digital itinerary and app access Ongoing communication with travel


Price: Starts at $500 for seven days of travel, but varies based on the length of your trip, number of travelers, and complexity of the itinerary

Travel Extras

Airfare $50 per person

Airfare booking support is available for premium economy, business class, and first-class international tickets.


Last Minute Travel (Within 30 Days)
$100 rush fee

For travel requests being planned within 30 days of departure.
Activities, Excursions, Transportation & Transfers
$400+ per occurrence


This is for travelers who already have their accommodations booked but would like support with additional trip details such as activities, sightseeing, transportation, transfers, restaurant reservations, and more.
* All planning fees are non-refundable once an invoice has been paid.
** Additional planning fees may apply. Last-minute requests are subject to availability.
